About PrintForClass

A small site that makes classroom printables you can change before you print them.

What this site is

PrintForClass makes classroom printables that you set up before you print. Most printable sites hand you a finished PDF and leave you to work around whatever the maker decided — a multiplication chart that stops at 10 when you teach to 12, a tracing sheet with the wrong handwriting style, a worksheet with twice as many problems as your lesson has time for. Everything here is generated instead, so the range, the difficulty, the letterforms and the names are yours to set.

Why generated rather than downloaded

A generated sheet solves three problems a fixed PDF cannot. It matches the range you are actually teaching this term. It produces new numbers every time it runs, so the same worksheet can be used twice in a week without a class recognising it. And it can carry your students' own names, which matters enormously for early handwriting and not at all for a stock PDF.

Who makes it

[PLACEHOLDER — write two or three honest sentences about who you are and why you built this. Do not invent teaching credentials, school affiliations or years of classroom experience. If you are not a teacher, say what you are: a developer building tools with teacher input is a perfectly respectable thing to be, and it is far safer than a claim that does not hold up.]

How it is paid for

[PLACEHOLDER — state your funding model plainly once it is settled. If the site will carry advertising, say so here rather than letting a visitor discover it. If it is currently unfunded, that is also worth saying.]

What it will not do

  • No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, and no email wall in front of a download.
  • No student data. Names you type are processed in your browser and never sent to a server.
  • No invented numbers. You will not find made-up download counts, star ratings or testimonials anywhere on this site.
